Adopt a Chihuahua / Mixed (short coat)

Chihuahua / Mixed (short coat) Dog

Rupert the Dog needs a home

Rupert is a small Chihuahua mix . He is black/ dark-brown with White markings. He is very loving and attached to his human. He likes both men and women but has not been exposed to children at this point. He does get along with other dogs however he prefers human companionship to other canines. He is very protective of his human and wants to be by their side whenever strangers are around. He is in the process of being house trained but still has occasional indoor accidents.

Rupert will need to be in a home WITHOUT children, and a maximum of 2 people. Rupert is very protective and does not like strangers. He will need someone who can give him time and space and adjusting time, then afterwards be careful who comes in and out of the home, we would recommend not leaving him loose while having visitors as he can be very protective. Rupert is a super sweet dog to his foster mom and dad and would be a great companion for a single person or a couple.
